Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to provide our own food? Food is provided for your animals, this includes small animal pellets, hay, occasional treats and vegetables. Food can be brought in with the animal if that is preferred.
Can I bring my pets belongings? All our animals are provided with a hut to hide in as well as a tunnel, but different belongings such as blankets or toys for your animal can be brought in.
Is there a way to check how my pet is? We can provide updates and photos regularly to you while your pet is boarding with us. this is done by the contact number you leave with us when dropping off your pet.
